Return and Refund Policy

Returns:
- We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at shantanusingh@syncra.in with your order number and
reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of
your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges:
- We offer exchanges for the same product if it arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us
within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage.

Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. However, if the item received was incorrect
or damaged, we will cover the shipping charges.
